How to Take Your Measurements

You will need the following items:

• flexible measuring tape (click here for a printable measuring tape) 
• a chair
• pen and paper

Tips

• Measure yourself twice to confirm the different measurements
• Take measurements on bare skin
• Take measurements when you wake up to avoid swelling
• Be sure to start at the "0" point on your tape measure
• Take the measurement by tightening the leg a little, but without constriction
